Janine Bohnenberg is a true dotSource original. She has been part of the agency since 2007. Before joining the management, she worked as business unit leader responsible for the administration, finance and HR departments and held a general power of attorney. Since 2023, she has been the fourth member and first woman to be appointed to the management. In her new position, she will not only continue to keep an eye on dotSource's finances, but also focus on the agency's stable growth and the team spirit of the dotSource family.
After completing her commercial training, Janine Bohnenberg worked for different companies in Thuringia before changing careers and joining a large mobile communications provider in 2001. There, she took part in a management trainee programme as well as a communications coach training course and worked as a team lead for four years. In 2007, she moved to dotSource, which was a start-up at the time, and took over the commercial tasks. Because of her open and quick-witted nature, she is highly appreciated within the company.
