At midyear, the Jena digital agency continues on growth trajectory. With the investment of 150,000 euros in new office space, the company takes account of increased employee growth. The move to the new loft office in the Bau29, a former Zeiss workshop in the Jena city centre, in 2012 was the first major milestone in this process. In accordance with the corporate philosophy, the design of the new premises is modern and open. Covering an area of almost 400 square meters, they provide plenty of room for many new employees.
The company also expands its expertise at the management level: As the new commercial director, Frank Ertel completes the company's management team around the founders and managing directors Christian Grötsch and Christian Malik. In early 2000 Frank Ertel started his career at Intershop Communications AG, where he most recently was responsible for the entire professional services business of Intershop in North America. At dotSource he works closely together with the two founders and managing directors, with a particular focus on the successful coordination and implementation of client projects. The pooling of skills and the mutual exchange of experience has always been a major concern of dotSource. With this in mind, the company has founded an advisory board of well-known members who will support and advise dotSource in the future.

In December 2015, the following members were appointed to the advisory board: Dr. Joachim Bernecker, business consultant, Martin Fischer, former CEO of Sparkasse Jena, Dietmar Kubis, partner at ACADA Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and Intershop co-founder Karsten Schneider.
