The experienced digital agency dotSource is a new partner of the software manufacturer e-Spirit. Together, integrated content and commerce solutions are to be created with a unique experience.
e-Spirit, makers of the FirstSpirit Digital Experience Platform (DXP), and dotSource, the digital transformation specialist, are stepping up their collaboration. dotSource has years of expertise in planning and implementing content and commerce solutions and works for well-known clients such as Axel Springer, BayWa, C.H. Beck, EMP, hagebau, Stabilo, and Würth. E-Spirit's FirstSpirit DXP is used by over 300 companies to communicate with customers in an innovative and personalised way. FirstSpirit is one of the leading solutions for the creation of integrated, personalised content and commerce offers.
As part of the partnership, the Dortmund, Germany-based software manufacturer will present the possibilities of the FirstSpirit DXP at the dotSource Handelskraft Conference on 28 March in Frankfurt. In his talk, Sebastian Glock of e-Spirit will explain how companies benefit from headless technology and how B2B and B2C commerce companies manage to differentiate themselves from their competitors through successful digital strategies.
»With our solutions for content and commerce, we give customers a real competitive advantage. Especially in e-commerce, the experience determines more and more often, if a product is bought and if an online store is successful. All the more important is a technical solution that makes it easy to implement perfect shopping experiences and a competent partner like dotSource, who uses them optimally for customers,« explains Alexander Rembecki, VP Channel & Alliances EMEA at e-Spirit AG.
»Given growing competition from big players like Amazon, Zalando, and AboutYou, it's becoming more and more important for companies to win over potential customers with good content. This can only be achieved by differentiating yourself, both in B2C and B2B sectors,« says Christian Grötsch, co-founder and Managing Director of dotSource. »We are proud that our content commerce strategy is leading to deeper collaboration with e-Spirit.
Together with e-Spirit, we’ll expand our content and commerce selection and provide our clients with better digital experiences for their end users. In addition, we’re delighted that e-Spirit, as sponsor and session leader at this year's Handelskraft conference, will let visitors participate and learn more about “Headless CMS".« This year's Handelskraft conference on 28 March at Klassikstadt in Frankfurt presents dotSource's latest industry-relevant trends, best practices, and new impetus for agility, innovation, and better change management.
