Jena/Berlin – Together with the digital agency dotSource, LucaNet AG set up a knowledge base using a content management system (CMS) from Adobe. With this innovative knowledge repository, users can now quickly and easily access all important information relating to LucaNet's software solutions.
Companies these days opt for modern software solutions to meet the numerous documentation and reporting requirements associated with financial consolidation and planning. These tools are often provided by LucaNet since the Berlin-based software pioneer is a market leader in corporate performance management (CPM).
LucaNet makes a wide range of information available online so that users can leverage the full potential of its financial software solutions. To present this content even more concisely and make it easier to navigate, LucaNet's support section was to be turned into an online knowledge base.
As part of this pioneering project, a suitable CMS had to be selected. Following a system selection process conducted by the dotSource expert team, LucaNet opted for Adobe Experience Manager, which was subsequently specified, configured and implemented.
Excellent Experience When It Comes to Technical Documentation
A powerful CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager helps efficiently manage and distribute all types of digital content. In the case of LucaNet, the result is a valuable knowledge base that can be searched in line with the latest user experience standards. It facilitates the daily work of Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and their teams by bringing together knowledge about LucaNet products in an online database. Knowledge transfer is ensured not only through informative texts, but also through modern media formats such as videos.
Moreover, the new CMS helps optimise LucaNet's internal workflows – updates can be added at any time, but can also be planned in advance and published at the same time as software releases.
