Press Release
Jena, 10 February 2021 – For the sixth time, the digital agency dotSource invites players in digital business, partners, clients as well as long-time friends to the Handelskraft Conference. On the 3rd and 4th March 2021, the conference will be held under the slogan »Digital Freedom« and will provide the basic mindset and know-how that companies can use to make their business digital, independent and fit for the future. The high-quality content is offered for free, but can also be supported with a donation of choice. The conference takes place online and is exclusively aimed at brands, retailers, manufacturers and publishers.
2020 has shown that companies need to adopt a more digital approach to their strategies, processes and mindsets than ever before in order to stay connected to their customers, or better yet, to optimise customer relationships. Only those who think digitally and act in a data-driven way remain innovative, act in a future-oriented manner and live up to the customers’ call for digital freedom. The Handelskraft Conference provides exclusive insights into digital trends, smart knowledge management and modern leadership styles – things that are necessary to practise digital freedom in an entrepreneurial way.

In addition, various people responsible for digital business as well as movers and shakers from the fashion industry, agricultural industry and many other industries will provide real insights into projects and tips with regard to strategic considerations for an all-round successful e-business in digital freedom.

All this is essential know-how that can be used as the basis for a successful, independent and future-oriented business.
In 2021, the conference will be held over two days for the first time – and there will be different focus areas: on the first day, the speakers will look at the topic of brand experience from every angle. Conference participants will learn what users expect from brands in 2021 and beyond, what they need to do to meet these expectations and how this can be achieved in both B2C and B2B environments. On day two, the conference will focus on internal company topics such as digital skills development and the path from innovation to product. In addition to customers, it is also a company’s own employees who help it to succeed. After all, digital business is people business and it is important to take them with you on your way to digital freedom.
