Mapping of Complex Sales Channels
The solar products offered to enviaM's B2C target audience can be individually tailored to the specific conditions and requirements of each household. The full-service portfolio comprises planning, installation, commissioning and insurance for PV systems. The challenge for enviaM was to digitally map the associated processes in such a way that all stakeholders involved – from service centre and project management to field service staff – would always benefit from a correct information flow in the customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Process-Oriented Strategy Consulting
Together with enviaM's project team, the CRM experts from dotSource analysed the business processes and brought together the requirements for all relevant departments and stakeholders using a structured approach. This way, the efficiency of the workflows can be improved – and the new CRM tool can provide access to relevant information at all times.
Salesforce Training for Employees
As part of the envia THERM project, the enviaM Group had already had positive experiences with Salesforce Sales Cloud as its CRM tool. The solution was also ideal for enviaM, as it can effectively map both customer-related processes and complex sales workflows. In addition to the technical concept, dotSource's certified Salesforce consultants held a Salesforce Admin training course for enviaM employees to support the accumulation of internal expertise regarding the use of the new CRM system.
