Future-Proof Content Commerce Platform for Long-Lasting Customer Relationships
Initial Situation
Fissler is committed to the continuous optimisation of functionality and design to meet the wishes and needs of its customers – not only in terms of its products, but also with regard to its online presence and the associated shaping of digital customer relationships.
For this reason, Fissler turned to dotSource to receive support in using the existing software solutions more professionally and setting up a solid system landscape as a basis for an international launch. Furthermore, the entire online presence was to be modernised to provide an excellent user experience.
By integrating technical solutions and migrating existing systems, a sound basis for internationalisation was to be created. Moreover, in line with the personalised and emotional customer approach, the design of the content commerce platform was to be adapted.
Consequently, dotSource implemented the following work packages:
- Migration of the content management system (CMS) and e-commerce solution
- Integration of suitable e-mail marketing software
- Implementation of an interface between product information management (PIM) system and online shop
- Redesign of the entire online presence
- Roll-out of international online shops
