Digital transformation plays a key role at Krones and its subsidiary Syskron. An ambitious goal of having more than 16,500 employees in total is nothing short of creating the beverage factory of the future.

Initial Situation

Krones AG entrusted dotSource with the development of a »Data Log Dashboard«, which presents collected production data from a machine, illustrated graphically, in a web interface centrally. Previously, this data was manually edited to make it available for evaluating with various tools.

Krones service employees and customers have used various systems to map one and the same machine data record. The valuable data, which is important both for the maintenance and for the further development of the machines, were previously only available with considerable delay and not uniformly readable.

Instead of time-consuming manual evaluation, data is uploaded through the B2B online shop and are then immediately available in graphic form. Now they can react much faster to irregularities and increase the effectiveness of entire production lines.
