About myAGRAR
myAGRAR, the online shop for farmers, has been up and running since 2017 and is part of an affiliated network belonging to the long-established BAT Agrar group. The range of products offered by the modern online shop includes crop protection agents, seeds, fertilisers as well as workwear and agricultural technology. myAGRAR is not only aimed at professional farmers, but also at all those who want to benefit from a wide range of products and fast delivery.

User-Centric Development
Only those who know their customers' behaviour and preferences can develop their products and services in a targeted manner. To enhance its in-house expertise in this regard, myAGRAR turned to its long-standing digitalisation partner dotSource. Besides practical knowledge transfer through consulting and workshops, the dotSource UX design team also took on the prototyping of a fresh web design and optimised the myAGRAR online shop for mobile devices.
Data-Based Decisions
A/B testing means examining optimisation ideas, for example for the design of an online shop, by comparing two (or more) versions under real conditions. By monitoring user behaviour, it is now possible for myAGRAR to make decisions on the further development of its website based on concrete data. dotSource supports the agricultural trader in the definition of test hypotheses, the technical execution of tests as well as the analysis and implementation of the results.
