With more than 300 branches in Germany, FISHBULL Franz Fischer Qualitätswerkzeuge GmbH from Neustadt bei Coburg (Franconia) has established itself in the DIY industry.

Since its foundation in 1995, the company's unique selling point has been offering screws and ironmongery at favourable prices. In addition, the company sells tools from its own brands and has special offers. The company launched its online shop in 2013.

Thanks to agile methods, the first version of the app with essential features was launched within just three months – for both iOS and Android operating systems. Since then, the app has been continuously developed further and new features have been added, including the integrated bonus card (»Macherkarte«) and a digital tape measure.

With the mobile app, Sonderpreis Baumarkt now has another fundamental component for a modern omnichannel strategy. The app provides users with an overview of all relevant information and offers. Not only are the weekly offers clearly listed in the app, but the online shop itself is also just a swipe away. Features such as a digital receipt also highlight the service-driven approach of the Franconian company.
