Pioneering Project with Adobe
SPAX had a clear goal in mind: creating a website that inspires. Together with dotSource as a full-service agency, it was decided to use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the content management system (CMS). dotSource's teams for digital marketing and user experience design (UXD) also contributed their expertise to the multi-stream project to harness the full potential of the Adobe solution and optimise the customer journey.
Increased Digital Visibility
Together with SPAX, the dotSource digital marketing team developed a comprehensive content and search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy. The goal was to increase customer loyalty and time spent on the website as well as to enhance the visibility of the website for search engines on a fundamental level. Workshops were conducted to define content requirements tailored to the target audience and restructure existing content accordingly.
Modern UXD for Optimised User Experience
The dotSource UXD team redesigned the SPAX website to create a more uniform and appealing design. The result was a simplified navigation structure and optimised user guidance through coherent screen designs for different devices.
