Project Tasks, Objectives and Implementation

To efficiently leverage its potential in the growing online segment and expand its range of services, VERITAS commissioned dotSource with the relaunch of www.veritas.at. The goal was to devise and implement a user-friendly website with a new corporate design and to adapt the presentation of the product and service portfolio to the relevant target audiences.

As a flexible, state-of-the-art online shop framework, Magento Enterprise formed the basis for this project. By setting up a section for online materials, VERITAS was able to generate significant added value that can contribute to the monetisation of its business model.

The »Mein VERITAS« customer area allows the company to categorise customers into groups and thus provide personalised content, e.g. recommendations for events, online materials and suitable products.

This makes it easier for VERITAS customers to find what they are looking for, thereby positively impacting the cross-selling rate and strengthening customer loyalty.

Moreover, dotSource improved the usability of the publisher's website by implementing a well-defined screen design with a clear navigation structure and a more prominent search function using Apache Solr.
